Vermont DeMolays Assist Shrine Toy Ride-In

Hundreds of motorcyclists bearing toys decended on Vermont's State House for the annual Shrine Toys-for-Tots ride-in. Thousands of new toys, some quite huge, were donated to the patients at the Shrine Hospitals for Children. 

After the speeches ended and the crowd departed, DeMolays, Advisors and Sr. DeMolays worked side-by-side with their Masonic brethren to bag and transport the toys to the waiting trucks. DeMolays help with this project each summer. This year, members of the Robert Burns Chapter (Barre, VT) also donated a toy that caught the attention of a TV camera crew, which followed the toy, onboard a motorcycle, through the streets of Berlin, Barre and Montpelier.
